Bill and Cathi handled a United States District Court matter brought by a Dallas-based investment bank seeking the recovery of a $4 Million “success fee” on a transaction which closed after the tail period of an engagement agreement had expired. My company, CHC Consulting LLC, terminated the services of the bank and sold its business more than 2 years after the termination. After aggressive discovery, JBB brought a successful motion for summary judgment which resolved all of the claims against my company. They then brought a successful motion to recover all $800,000 of my attorneys fees. A total win.

When we discovered that one of our Chinese manufacturers was selling its own product using our design, we turned to JBB to enforce our rights. Bill and Adam arbitrated the matter to a multi-million dollar award which they have since converted into a state court judgment. They were smart, creative and aggressive. We are very pleased.
