Adam Tate is an experienced business litigation associate that
intuitively grasps difficult legal concepts which allow him to tackle the
unique legal issues faced by his clients. Mr. Tate’s practice has
challenged him and has helped him become adept at navigating messy fact
patterns and unclear bodies of law.
Mr. Tate has considerable trial experience both as a business litigator and
through his internships with the District Attorney’s Office. He has
experience helping represent a variety of domestic and international
clients in dispute negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, litigation and
appeals of cases of all levels of complexity in both state and federal
courts.
Mr. Tate graduated from Brigham Young University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Psychology. Thereafter, he attended the J. Reuben Clark Law
School at Brigham Young University, where he graduated cum laude in 2011.
He participated in both Law Review and Moot Court. During his summers, he
interned at the Fifth District Court in Utah and the Attorney General’s
Office. Upon graduating BYU Law, Adam worked at the Orange County District
Attorney’s Office in Newport Beach, CA, and at Shields Law Offices, where
he gained significant courtroom experience by arguing contested evidentiary
hearings including motions, preliminary hearings, bench trial and jury
trials.
