Ms. Harlan has been an associate at Julander, Brown and Bollard since 2018. She graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a certificate in French. She earned her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law. Prior to law school, Tiffany clerked for the Honorable Grand Justice Chun-Sheng Chang of Judicial Yuan of The Republic of China (comparable to United States Supreme Court). During law school, Tiffany was a certified law clerk for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. Tiffany began her practice on complex insurance defense litigation, government entity defense matters, and specializes in business litigation matters on both local, national, and international levels. She is authorized to practice law in all California state courts as well as the federal courts in the Central District of California and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Tiffany lives in Irvine with her husband, Scott, and their dog child, Rolland. Despite getting seasick fairly easily, she enjoys water sports and running on the beach with Rolland every weekend.
